Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Chief Customer Officer to lead our Strategic Accounts team in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Leadership: Drive year-over-year growth for our regional strategic accounts through quota targets on sales and account management teams.
  • Account Management: Strategize, manage, and deliver account plans quarterly for self and the team, with monthly reports to top management.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell: Identify opportunities to expand services and increase lifetime contract value by delivering new product licenses, features, services, brand, and country license expansions.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and commercial focus.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales, preferably as an Account Director or Business Development Manager.
  • Experience with SaaS products for eCommerce in Retail and Logistics sectors.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts and comfort in working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in writing.
