**Job Summary**

The Head of Sales, Middle Market is responsible for driving the growth of the bank's commercial banking segment through effective business development and relationship management strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
