This role involves:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Management or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in SME lending or commercial banking.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
