This role involves:
- Designing and executing effective sales strategies to boost business growth.
- Guiding and supporting a team of sales professionals.

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Management or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in SME lending or commercial banking.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
