About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our bid management function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of high-quality proposals and bids that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of bid responses.
  • Maintain expertise in industry best practices, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform bid strategy and approach.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve bid quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and preferences, ensuring that bid responses effectively address these requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical specialists, to drive alignment and coordination across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to inform bid strategy and approach.
  • Contribute to the development of content libraries and best practice approaches to support bid preparation and delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in bid management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bid management, proposal development, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a bid management or proposal development role.
