As the Head of Industrial Development, you will be responsible for the execution of buildings from planning until completion, ensuring a sustainable environment and aligning with our ESG initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Project Execution**: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, oversee progress meetings, and manage internal reporting and approval processes related to industrial engagements.
  • **Stakeholder Liaison**: Collaborate with internal township project teams to identify technical requirements for building and infrastructure readiness. Additionally, liaise with external parties regarding the constructability of each project.
  • **Project Management**: Maintain roadmaps, project plans, and dashboards for each project, ensuring alignment with all internal stakeholders, including Project Managers in ILD, Township, and HQ representatives.
  • **Communication and Collaboration**: Establish and manage communication channels with contractors and business partners regarding project delivery direction and targets.
  • **Technology Initiatives**: Align technology initiatives and facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
  • **Vendor and Contractor Management**: Guide teams in vendor/contractor analysis and negotiations.
  • **Financial Management**: Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Finance representatives on budgeting and on the management of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • **Post-Implementation Review**: Facilitate post-implementation retrospectives and use the output to shape future planning.
  • **ESG and Sustainability**: Bring in experience with the industrial building sector to ensure a sustainable environment and align with our ESG initiatives.
  • **Risk Management**: Manage all project migration plans, risk registers, management updates, contract administration, and HSSE matters.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in property development segment and built environment, such as architecture, engineering, and master planning.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the industrial real estate sector.
  • Proven track record within the industrial real estate sector.
  • Strong network and relationships within the industrial market.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
