Key Responsibilities
  1. Incident Resolution: Analyze incidents raised by users and provide solutions to ensure seamless system operation.
  2. Change Request Handling: Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  3. Documentation and Training: Develop documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end-user manuals, and training courses to support user adoption and system understanding.
  4. Process Improvement: Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.
  5. User Training and Support: Train key and end-users, explaining technical situations to non-technical individuals to ensure effective system utilization.
Requirements
  1. Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience in SAP FI with support or implementation.
  3. Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of handling SAP business change requests independently, and a talent for multi-tasking and swift execution.
  4. Additional Requirements: Working experience in S4 HANA is a plus, and a high degree of knowledge in Account Receivable, Treasury Accounting, and Treasury Management System is required.
