Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at HT Tyrehub Sdn Bhd. As an essential member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
  • Prepare and send employment-related letters and documents.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Handle reimbursement claims and update insurance records.
  • Assist in job recruitment, including interview arrangements and new employee orientations.
  • Coordinate with external parties, such as foreign worker agents and government agencies.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of Labour regulations and current HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HR payroll systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
