Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Manager, enabling him/her to focus on strategic priorities and achieve organizational objectives effectively.
* Work with the team to generate actionable insights that deliver value to stakeholders.
* Assist with data collection, analysis, strategic planning, site investigations, deck/proposal preparation, and organizing meetings.
* Provide executive support, risk management, project management, communication, and liaison as well as problem-solving and decision support.
* Formulate and clearly articulate proposal/strategy papers to management.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Economics related discipline.
* Good knowledge in finance or engineering would be an advantage.
* Minimum 2 years working experience in property development/business development/real estate.
* Strong desire to learn all aspects of real estate and the whole lifecycle from investment to divestment.

Skills & Abilities:

* Familiarity with aspects in typical property development and real estate would be an advantage.
* Good command of English (written & verbal) & presents thoughts articulately.
* Able to work well in a team.
* Fundamentals of market economics.
* Must be able to communicate well with others (internal and external stakeholders) in formulating proposals.
