The successful candidate will plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI's. Management of brand A&P and P&L to ensure brand investments & ROI are maximized is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial business plans with Senior Brand Manager.
  • Closely work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans from product launches and promotion mechanics to grow and build brands.
  • Promote e-Commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales.
  • Drive brand merchandising guidelines & adherence across all different retail channel distributions.
  • Independently lead the brand by working closely with cross-functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve brand objectives.
  • Cooperate with trade partners to ensure brands exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or related business with at least 2 years in a reputable FMCG company or in retail managing a brand.
  • Experience managing skincare/fragrance brand is an added advantage.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities.
  • Team player, self-confident with strong leadership qualities.
  • Independent & innovative, multi-task and good time management skills.
  • A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
