We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and profitability in the Electronics sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Job Description:
- To develop and implement effective business development strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to secure contracts and agreements.
- To provide regular reporting and updates on business performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunity.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the Electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including contract negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel frequently to US, Europe and Australia.
