Position: Business Development Executive

**Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 3,300
Location: Unit G-4A, Ground Floor, Menara KPJ, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM

1. Drive new Business to Business opportunities in corporate gifting, events, weddings, and retail channels.
2. Pitch and close deals with hotels, event planners, and corporate clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
5. Collaborate with our marketing and social media team for product launches and seasonal promos.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and explore new markets around Klang Valley.
7. Represent Flower Frenzie at meetings, exhibitions, or industry events.
8. Be responsible for the end-to-end success of each campaigns and meets campaign KPI.
9. Coordinate with socmed team to update campaign information, unique selling point, product configuration.

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**

1. Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development
2. Excellent in communication (Bahasa & English) and networking
3. Passion for flowers, events, design, or the creative lifestyle scene
4. Must be self-disciplined and hardworking.
5. Must love to work in high growth startup environment.
6. Positive attitude with good communication skills.
7. KPI-driven, excited to learn new things and able to work in team.
