Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for solar energy solutions. Conduct thorough consultations to assess customer energy needs and recommend customized solar solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Educational Presentations**: Deliver engaging presentations to inform customers about the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available government incentives.
- **Proposal Development**: Create tailored proposals that include system designs, pricing structures, and financing options to suit diverse client needs.
- **Client Outreach**: Identify and approach prospective clients to promote our solar installation services, expanding our customer base.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and present compelling sales pitches that effectively highlight the benefits of our solar solutions.
- **Contract Negotiation**:Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of solar projects, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- **Referral Program Promotion**: Actively promote the company’s referral program to existing customers to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
- **After-Sales Service**: Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any issues related to solar panel performance or rooftop installations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, power transmission and distribution and power automation will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in **English, Bahasa Malaysia**, and **Mandarin** is highly desirable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
