**Reporting Line: Clinic Operations Manager, Medical Director**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Essential_
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 years of experience leading on customer service / patient care.
- Good organizational skills, flexible and a team player.
- Polite, confident, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferred_
- Command of Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Experience working in aesthetics industry.

**Responsibility**
- Lead and coordinate front desk activities to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and patient care for a smooth patient journey.
- Oversee the clinic daily schedule of patients.
- Ensure appointment bookings are accurate and correct; follow ups booked in a timely manner.
- Communicate with doctors and other staff regarding appointment matters and queries raised by patients needing further input.
- Oversee clinic stock/supplies and to make sure orders arrive in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all areas of the clinic are clean and tidy, and that all routine checks (including machine maintenance) take place as scheduled to a high level.
- Oversee all patient queries / complaints and ensure they are handled in a professional manner.
- Coordinate patient feedback and provide monthly reports to the management team and directors.
- Comply with company's standard operations and regulations, especially patient confidentiality across the reception at all times.
