AI Force Security Service Sdn Bhd is a licensed security service provider committed to delivering professional protection and monitoring solutions to both corporate and individual clients. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Manager/Executive to elevate our brand through digital marketing and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- **Develop and implement business development strategies** to grow the company’s client base, particularly in the corporate sector.
- **Identify and pursue new business opportunities**, partnerships, and potential clients within the security services industry.
- **Create and manage digital marketing campaigns** across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- **Conduct market research** to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
- **Build and maintain relationships with clients**, responding to inquiries and preparing tailored service proposals.
- **Monitor campaign performance** and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements as needed.
- **Represent the company at industry events**, exhibitions, or client meetings to promote services.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**.
