**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions
- Monitor, control and resolve creditors ledger in any outstanding payables and inherited problems on due outstanding
- Prepare reconcile Debtor aging report on weekly basis.
- Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims
- Prepare monthly GST returns and online submission before due date.
- Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
- Prepare and maintain full set management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 year’s working experience
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.
- Excellent communications skills, conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin an extra advantage)
- Dependable and hardworking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
