Whitedge Marketing Sdn Bhd, an import/export, distribution and marketing company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Our business covers mostly FMCG categories such as personal care, beauty, skin care, F&B.

**Inventory Management**:

- Help with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Regular stock checks and update inventory records.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Process, pick and pack online & offline orders according to order requirements and ensure timely dispatch.
- Label products and prepare them for shipment, ensuring that they are packaged securely.
- Ensure that products are dispatched to the right location within the designated timeframe.

**Warehouse Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Arrange products in designated storage areas to maximize space efficiency and minimize retrieval time.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

**Shipping and Receiving**:

- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and check them for accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams for delivery and pick-up schedules.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Minimum SPM

Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not a must requirement.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and orders.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Adaptable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Posses own transport (added advantage)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
