HR Assistant

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with recruitment media to advertise for job vacancies.
- Monitor and verify employees’ medical claims.
- Prepare HR documents including letter of offer, confirmation letter, warning letter, memorandum and etc.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on company insurance renewal and compare insurance coverage and price.
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding including enrol fingerprint in clocking system, booking of air ticket for repatriation, employee data updating and etc.
- Air ticket booking and hotel reservations for business trips.
- Coordinate in the training program and renew course/ license/ certification due for expiry.
- Work with management/ department head and employee on feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or higher, preferably in HR-related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in HR/ Admin will be preferred (training will be provided).
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, in order to communicate with local and foreign staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- **5-day working week.**:
