- Manage office supplies such as stationaries, pantry items and cleaning items.
- Manage lunch order, record, and billing.
- DS system setting and maintenance.
- Manage company social media account.
- Keep track staff medical and meal claims.
- Check daily attendance & keep track of employee leave.
- Cross-check employee commission to ensure amount is accurate.
- Propose budget, plan & host birthday celebrations & staff welfare monthly.
- Business license, JTK agency license, JTK APS license & fire insurance renewal.
- Issue offer letter, confirmation letter, extension of probation letter, etc.
- In charge of whole recruitment staff onboarding process including orientation, workplace setup, introduction, etc.
- Conduct exit interview and follow up on return of company assets.
- Book Sharing Record.
- Conduct monthly KPI Evaluation
- **Requirements and Skills**:

- Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR field.
- Having familiarity with the payroll software SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
