Human Resource Intern

Collaborate with hiring managers to align on intern profiles, recruitment timelines, and hiring strategies.
- Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding forms.
- Assist in evaluating and shortlisting qualified applicants.
- Explore and suggest new sourcing platforms to enhance recruitment outreach.
- Support headhunting efforts and proactive talent searches.
- Contribute to university outreach and partnership-building for internship pipelines.
**What You’ll Learn**
- Practical experience in recruitment operations and talent acquisition workflows.
- Exposure to employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Hands-on involvement in HR processes including onboarding and documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital tools used in modern HR teams.
- Understanding of HR policies, labor law compliance, and workplace standards.
- Insight into people analytics and how data informs HR decision-making.
- Development of key soft skills—empathy, communication, and problem-solving in real-world settings.
**Job Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in human resources and talent management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Open to completing an internship on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
