Operations Executive, Asia Global Service

**Position: Tour Operations Executive**
**Location**: Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage travel tour operations from tour confirmation through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Use internal systems to create and manage service orders accurately according to guidelines.
- Manage budgets effectively and negotiate with suppliers and service vendors.
- Follow up on requests and amendments to ensure smooth operations across multiple time zones.
- Handle invoicing tasks, including draft and final invoice preparation, ensuring accurate cost input. Issue additional invoices or credit notes as needed.
- Verify supplier invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain high productivity in tour handling while minimizing financial discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate tasks and communication between network offices, service vendors, and related stakeholders.
- Manage tour reports, address complaints, and coordinate investigations or compensation if required.
- Log quality control data for analysis and future improvements.
- Collaborate closely with quotation teams and operational teams across sales offices.
- Provide effective solutions and professional support in response to pending or unexpected issues.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; strong Chinese reading and writing skills are essential (優良中文讀寫能力是必須的).
- Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
