**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing & nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Identifying new business opportunities from existing and potential customers.

3. Developing and implementing strategies to promote products and services to existing and potential customers.

4. Conducting market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitors.

5. Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers to secure deals & partnerships.

6. Providing excellent customer service and support to address any issues and concerns promptly.

7. Planning and attending industry events, conferences and trade shows to network and promote company’s services and offerings.

8. Keep abreast of technological advancements in the semiconductor industry to better serve customers and stay competitive.

**Job Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing or related field.

2. A solid understanding of semiconductor industry, including knowledge of semiconductor products, technologies, market trends and competitors.

3. Experience in customer relationship management.

4. Experience in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and developing strategies to expand the company’s market share.

5. Strong business / sales acumen and negotiation skills.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in mandarin will be an added advantage.

7. Ability to analyse market trend, sales data and customer feedback.

8. Good problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly, creatively and effectively.

9. Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.

10. Full Time Position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
