- Responsible for the overall marketing aspects of the brand strategies development to create interest, demand and recognition of the brand and its products
- Develop and manage contents for company profile, marketing brochures and to prepare PowerPoint presentation slides for sales and marketing.
- To study potential customers, market trends, incorporare customer feedbacks, and opportunities for the Company's direction and growth initiatives.
- Understanding of creative workflow process, including project initiation and kick-off, execution, approvals, production, proofing, tracking and archiving.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performnce and share insights to develop optimization plans.
- Coordinate with team to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate indentity across marketing and public relation channels.
- Responsible to build brand awareness and positioning in market by taking participation in semiconductor exhibition, conferences, trade shows and events.
- Represents the Company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist in managing & optimize content for the website and social networking channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, etc
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
- Oversee and/or improve the existing house brand product development
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years' experience in a buying/merchandising role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion retail.
- Minimum 4-5 years working experience preferably in retail environment or any related industries.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Online Marketing, Sales & Communication, Performance marketing skill set
- Advanced in MS Office in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities ad meet deadlines
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- In-depth knowledge of various social medial platform, best practices, and website analytics.
- Strongly prefer have retail experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
