Responsibilities
- **Policy Development**: Create and update company policies and procedures.
- **Talent Acquisition**: Develop strategies for recruiting and hiring quality employees.
- **Employee Management**: Oversee onboarding, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate funds for HR activities and manage departmental budgets.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
- **Company Culture**: Foster a positive work environment and plan outreach programs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in HR management and strategy development with at least 3 years' experience.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- **Certifications**: HR certifications in various specialties are advantageous.
