**About Us**

**Antah Juta Sdn. Bhd.** is a Malaysian company specializing in the supply of river sand, building materials, and construction solutions. Our office is in **Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia**. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated **Quantity Surveyor (QS)** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare **cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies** for construction projects.
- Manage **tendering processes**, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents.
- Evaluate contractor **quotations and negotiate** with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor project costs to ensure compliance with **budgets and financial forecasts**.
- Conduct **contract administration**, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate **cost control**.
- Provide advice on **contractual claims, risks, and dispute resolution**.
- Ensure compliance with relevant **industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering**, or related field.
- **Relevant working experience** (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of **construction contracts (PAM, JKR, FIDIC)** is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, or other QS software tools**.
- Strong **analytical, negotiation, and communication skills**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within **deadlines**.
