Responsibilities:

- To achieve and generate new business opportunities from the leads provided by Business Development
- Continuously generate client’s interest to close each sales process milestone
- Organising sales visits & secure appointment with the necessary decision maker
- Conduct site assessments together with technical team to understand client business issue
- Build value proposition through sales presentation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- To achieve sales KPI, sales target assigned by company
- To submit and provide the sales reports and market feedback information for sales and business analytics.
- Confidence in engaging customers and making a sale.
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years sales experience preferable from Construction Industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and execute to completion in a timely manner
- Able to work independently, self-driven and result oriented.
- Street smart with good interpersonal and rapport building skills.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Must possess own transport.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
