**Position: Supervisor Sales Consultant**
**Location**: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
**Salary**: RM2,800 - RM3,800
**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday (Half-Day): 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

**Benefits**:

**Job Overview**

Seeking a proactive and results-driven **Supervisor Sales Consultant** to lead a sales team, drive performance, and ensure successful sales operations. The role involves team management, sales strategy execution, and customer relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Team Supervision**
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance

**2. Sales Strategy Implementation**
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, making adjustments as needed

**3. Sales Activities**
- Oversee daily sales operations, including calls, appointments, and deal closures
- Assist the team in closing high-value or complex sales

**4. Sales Reporting**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
- Provide feedback and insights to optimize sales strategies

**5. Event Management**
- Plan and participate in company events, seminars, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure the team is well-prepared and represents the company professionally

**6. Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and address any concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

**7. Target Achievement**
- Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their individual and collective goals

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales management experience is an advantage
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize sales processes
