Business Development Team Leader

**1. Team Leadership**:
- Lead and motivate a team of B2B business professionals.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Foster a dynamic positive and collaborative team culture.
**2. Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Handle high-level negotiations and close deals with key clients, B2B partners, and dealerships.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to deliver on commitments.
**3. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
**4. Business Process Optimization**:
- Streamline and optimize the B2B business process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance the business workflow.
**5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least **6 years** of working experience in a related field for this position.
- Excellent spoken and written English. Business writing skills are a good addition.
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin.
- An in-depth knowledge of the **USA and European regions **is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B business development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performance teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
