**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Growth**
- Develop and run strategies to increase sales and market presence
- Find and follow up on new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Research the market to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and client needs
- Create marketing plans to attract clients and corporate partners

**Partnership & Networking**
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, insurers, government agencies, and referral sources
- Work with community groups and healthcare professionals to boost admissions
- Handle contract negotiations with partners

**Operational & Financial**
- Work with management to improve services and operations
- Track performance and set revenue targets
- Find cost-effective ways to increase profit
- Ensure all operations follow healthcare regulations and licensing

**Marketing & Branding**
- Promote the company through digital and traditional marketing
- Organize public health events and outreach programs
- Use data and feedback to improve service and client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or similar
- **4+ years** in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare
- Good knowledge of Malaysia’s senior care and wellness industry
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, independent, and goal-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
