**About the Company**

Our client is a reputable and innovative company specializing in Materials Engineering. They are currently expanding their sales team and looking for a result-oriented **Technical Sales Manager** to drive business growth and provide technical expertise to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide technical consultation and product presentations to clients to address their needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow through on the sales process from start to close.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
