**Responsibilities**
- Support the development and execution of channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Data AI products and solutions.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales plans, marketing initiatives, and product positioning for Data AI solutions.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their knowledge of Data AI products and services.
- Assist in monitoring partner performance and delivering regular reports on sales metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the Data AI domain.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in sales and partner management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
- Basic understanding or interest in Data AI products and solutions is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
