**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support benefits administration processes (enrollment, changes, and terminations)
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company policies

**PA Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide support in managing time efficiently
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings
- Run errands as requested
- Assist with any project(s) assigned by the Executive Chairperson or immediate superior

**Requirements**:

- Education Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related majors preferred
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year in HR; exposure to the finance industry is an added advantage
- Language Requirements: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Age Range: 20s to 40s

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
