**Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Affairs Management**_
- Efficiently manage and oversee the Managing Director's personal matters.
- Handle personal correspondence, appointments, and any other relevant tasks or arrangements as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Project Support**_
- Assist the MD in managing special projects, initiatives and tasks including local and overseas project related to the group of companies.
- Assist in coordinating activities, communication, and documentation across the group of companies.
- Conduct research, gather information, purchasing from overseas and assist in project coordination with oversea suppliers.

Process expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
- **Calendar Management**_
- Manage and coordinate the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings and events to optimize the MD's time.
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with the MD's preferences and business needs.
- **Communication and Correspondence**_
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
- Attend meetings with the MD, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of interior design and renovation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to top executives or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KL Eco City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
