HR Assistant Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead recruitment for diverse roles across marketing, e-commerce, creative, and operations functions.
2. Manage core HR operations including on boarding, payroll processing, performance reviews, and attendance tracking.
3. Ensure all HR practices are compliant with Malaysian labor laws and internal policies.
4. Champion employee engagement through initiatives that align with the company’s culture, values, and brand energy.
5. Work closely with the China HQ HR team to align regional and global HR strategies.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-growing e-commerce or digital marketing company.
3. Proven experience hiring for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or creative/marketing roles is a big plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
