HR & Admin Assistant Manager

We are looking to hire a HR & Admin Assistant Manager to join our team at Kunkwan International in Johor Bahru.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To implement Human Resource procedures / policies and oversee the overall Human Resource & Admin functions for the company.
- To handle staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters.
- Manage and monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly salary payment as well as all statutory requirements are met and compiled with.
- Responsible on employee’s performance appraisal and KPI.
- Familiar with Employment Act.
- Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
- Overviewing Accounting related tasks, monitoring and verifying for match of payment.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank transactions.
- Responsible to liaise with banker, auditor, company secretary, tax agents and other statutory bodies.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least of 5 years of relevant experiences.
- Required language: Mandarin, English
- Experience in handling Full-cycle of Payroll
- Good communication skill and problem-solving skill.
- Involvement in corporate exercise (Pre-IPO) will be an added advantage

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
