HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
*
- Handle full spectrum of monthly payroll for both local and foreign employees
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Monitor staff attendance and leave records for payroll processing
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management and audit purposes
- Process all types of leave (annual, sick, emergency, unpaid) and leave encashment
- Manage employee benefits such as medical, insurance, accommodation (for foreign workers), etc.
- Coordinate with external agencies (e.g. Immigration, JTK, FOMEMA, payroll vendor)
- Prepare HR reports and payroll summaries for management and audit
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years experience in payroll and foreign worker management
- Proficient in payroll software or Excel
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Organizing and systematic
- Knowledge of immigration processes and FOMEMA is an added advantage
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
