**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage administrative operations, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, providing excellent service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure the smooth flow of communication between customers and the company.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed by the team.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Handle office scheduling, meetings, and the management of office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
