**Job Descriptions**:

- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
- To surpass customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service and precise information.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication, both spoken and written.
- Able to read & write in Traditional Mandarin.
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
- Background of Tourism & Hospitality will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM4,250.00 per month
