2+ year of experience in technical support position
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of desktop support issues such as software installation, system configurations, networking etc
- Good experiences and working knowledge of the following:
Adobe Creative Cloud technologies, Application support, Workflow solutions, ITSM Ticketing tools
- Additional knowledge or background of technical skills such as databases, AWS and programming will be advantageous
- Be a part of a scheduled shift rotation, US, UK and AU
- Fluent in the English language both written and spoken

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Technical Support: 2 years (preferred)
