Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate support.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
