Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate support.
- Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills and product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
