Job description
- Possess technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through troubleshooting
- Deliver a great customer experience by showing empathy, professionalism, and taking full ownership of each case.
- Respond to customer-submitted emails in a timely manner
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their inquiries
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in any fields
- At least 2 years customer service (IT Support) experience is preferable
- Excellent written, oral in English Language due to support for US Market
- Able to start work immediately preferable
- Good at troubleshooting both software / hardware issues
- Willing to work in rotating shift
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
