**Location**: Kota Warisan, Sepang
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Assistant / Admin to support daily HR and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for someone organized, disciplined, and able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and update staff attendance and leave records.
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Key in attendance and related data into the payroll system (SQL).
- Assist Head of HR with administrative and HR-related matters as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian, aged 20-24 years old.
- Minimum SPM with relevant working experience, or Diploma in HR / Business / Administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
