HR Assistant

**Onboarding**: Coordinating and scheduling training sessions and onboarding assignments
- **Employee records**: Maintaining employee records, including leaves, attendance, and PTO
- **Payroll**: Assisting with payroll processing and documentation
- **Policies and procedures**: Helping the HR manager with formulating policies and procedures, and communicating updates to employees
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- **Employee welfare**: Planning programs and processes to improve employee welfare
- **Communication**: Providing timely resolution to employee queries and communicating with employees
- **Events and meetings**: Overseeing HR events and meetings, and coordinating management-employee communications
- **Reports**: Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
