HR Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Support onboarding process for new employees (preparing documents, staff orientation).
- Maintain and update employee records (hardcopy and digital).
- Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Handle staff queries and provide general HR support.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle basic office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, and staff events.
- Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and memos.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR or admin functions is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Short notice period is a advantage
- Willing to work at KLIA
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
