**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with any other assignment as and when required.
- Conduct testing and deployment of the new system.
- Evaluate code to ensure that is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with various browsers, mobile devices, and operating systems.
- Responsible for support system.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Responsible for daily tasks and paperwork.
- Provide direct technical support for desktop, laptop, printer and other IT hardware in the organization in accordance with requirements.
- Maintain standards compliance.
- Software testing and quality assurance.
- Maintain, repair, and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software.
- Must demonstrate ability to work well independently, as well as within teams as required.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required.
**Qualifications and Required Skills**
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science or appropriate field of study.
- At least 1-year hands-on experience with IT desktop / laptop support.
- Strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Familiar with system modules study flowchart design and implementation to suit company roadmap.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in using logs.

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,900.00 per month
