**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify cybersecurity opportunities.
- Engage with clients to gather technical and business requirements.
- Design and propose cybersecurity solutions (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, SOC, IAM, DLP, SIEM).
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and develop solution proposals, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, explaining complex security concepts in clear business terms.
- Keep up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, technologies, and vendors.
- Liaise with vendor/partner technical teams to ensure solution accuracy and compliance.
- Support marketing activities such as webinars, workshops, and events with technical expertise.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer requirements and market trends.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in presales, solution architecture, or consulting within cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with solutions/vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Splunk, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Good understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (technical & business audiences).
- Ability to design solution architectures and produce technical documentation.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage (Azure, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, vendor-specific certs).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
