What You'll Be Doing

System Setup & Data Preparation

  • Configure and set up systems with structured and meaningful data tailored to the prospect's industry to ensure proper alignment with expected use cases.

Mock Screen & UI Design

  • Create mock screens and UI designs using tools like Adobe XD, Canva, or other relevant software to assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for demonstrations and presentations.

Product & Solution Videos

  • Develop customised product and solution videos using AI video makers when required, while maintaining an updated presales video library with relevant content.

Meeting Documentation & Coordination

  • Record and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action points before distributing them to the Presales Consultant and relevant stakeholders.

Tender Compilation & Submission Assistance

  • Assist in compiling, organising, and ensuring accurate completion of tender documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ) for timely submission.

Presales Documentation & Updates

  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining presales documents such as presentations, proposals, and technical write-ups in an organised repository for quick access.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field.
  • A basic understanding of CRM, contact centre operations, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD or Canva.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and testing.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
