As a **Presales Consultant**, you are the technical backbone of the sales process. You work closely with the sales team to translate customer needs into solutions by delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals. This role requires a blend of **deep product knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills** to guide prospects through their decision-making journey.
Key Responsibilities
- **Product Demonstrations**: Showcase how **Infor CloudSuite** solutions address customer challenges and deliver measurable business value.
- **Solution Design**: Develop tailored proof-of-concepts, technical proposals, and solution architectures aligned to customer requirements.
- **Sales Engagement**: Provide product and technical expertise during prospect meetings, workshops, and presentations to support the sales cycle.
- **Product Expertise**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, enhancements, and industry trends to position the solution effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with sales, consulting, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless handover to project delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Sciences, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline**.
- **5+ years of experience** in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within **ERP or enterprise software**.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to **engage and influence diverse audiences**.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation processes (integration, data migration, change management) is highly advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
