HR Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively across departments for HR-related matters.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies (e.g., ESD, FWCMS) for foreign worker management.
- Support HR functions including attendance tracking, contract renewals, and documentation updates.
- Assist in office administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software.
- 0 - 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative support.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws and Employment Act.
- Experience with foreign worker-related systems (ESD, FWCMS) is preferred.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
