Welcome and greet visitors, patients and families visiting Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd.
- Attend to enquiries at the Concierge desk and provide directions to patients on locations in the hospital.
- Maintain updated copies of employees and departments’ directories for Concierge desk.
- Liaise with internal departments concerned to provide appropriate response to patients in a timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring and managing cleanliness and tidiness of the concierge desk, lobby and its surrounding area.
- Report any security, maintenance and housekeeping issues immediately to immediate superior and departments concerned.
- Assist in issuing parking coupons to admitted patients.
- Assist in receiving mails and distribute them whenever necessary.
- Chaperon newly admitted patients and assist with their personal belongings to the respective ward.
- Submit daily and monthly Concierge reports to Superior.
- Assist in IPC work streams i.e. coordination, booking appointments, logistic and visa requirements of foreign patients.
- Assist in monitoring the driver’s schedule and assignments.
- At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information you may become aware of during the course of your duties.
- Assist in maintaining regular and effective communication with other departments in the Company and/or subsidiaries of Thomson Hospitals Sdn Berhad to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Department.
- Perform other tasks / duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- **Education**: Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- **Customer Service Experience**:Experience in customer service roles is often preferred, as the role involves interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing their needs in a courteous and helpful manner. Previous experience in VIP guest services, hospitality management, or customer relations is highly desirable.
- **Leadership Experience**: Prior experience in leading teams to provide excellent hospitality services
- **Physical Stamina**: Must be young, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Physical requirements include the capacity to stand or walk for prolonged periods and handle light objects to aid patients with mobility challenges
- **Language & Communication Skills**:Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in other languages, particularly intermediate Mandarin, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- **Problem-solving Skills**: The ability to think quickly and find solutions to unexpected challenges or issues that may arise while assisting patients or visitors.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting Skills**:The ability to collect, analyze data & generate reports on key performance indicators relevant to customer service.
