**Job Descriptions**:

- Review and process the issuance of **invoices, cancellations, debit notes, credit notes, and refunds** in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle **distributor credit note claims** for all countries, ensuring processing is completed within one week of submission.
- Download, organize, and manage **incoming e-invoices** from various regions.
- Manage the **return process** for the sales team, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Oversee the **MyInvois Portal**, including managing user requests and retrieving necessary data.
- Take initiative in handling **new tasks or responsibilities** related to the e-invoicing process as they arise.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized **records of all invoice-related transactions** for reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to **resolve discrepancies** and continuously improve invoicing workflows and processing efficiency.

**To Be Success in This Role**:

- A **degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related discipline.
- **1-2 years of experience** in accounts payable, invoicing, or a related finance function.
- **Proficiency in English**, both written and spoken.
- Solid working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**.
- Prior experience or familiarity with **e-invoicing processes** is a plus.
- Highly **detail-oriented**, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work **independently** and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- A strong **team player** with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using **invoicing platforms**, especially the **MyInvois Portal**, is preferred.
